She will share with you the components of a beginner yoga practice while giving you tips to stay safe and free from injury as you start a daily home practice. Yoga, at its core, it's designed to bring you back to yourself. When you come back yourself, you learn more about how you cope with the world, how you manage your stress, and about the way you feel when you move your body while giving the freedom to explore what feels good from one day to the next.
