Ingredients:

1 Sugar-Free Vanilla instant pudding Packet
½ block of softened Cream Cheese
Sugar Free Cool Whip ( Defrost so not frozen)
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
Any of your favorite fruits for dipping

Instructions:

1. Mix the Instant pudding with the Heavy cream
2. Mix in the cream cheese.
3. Mix in the cool whip .
4. Refrigerate for 1 hour
5. Then Fall in love with the best guilt free dip!

Tips:

If you want to share double the recipe!

It's good for a week in the fridge.

Also it’s a great topper for a parfait or overnight oats.
