Q. What is your program description?
My program is designed for anyone seeking to transition to a more plant-based diet as well as tone and strengthen their entire body! If you are just curious about plant-based, don't know where to start, this is the program for you!
My program is designed to make it easy and take all the guesswork out of it for you! Starting a new diet can be scary but I make it fun, delicious and easy to transition! My workout is designed to start at any fitness level. Get ready for the ultimate total body workout!

Where is your mindset about yourself or your circumstances before and after the program?
For me I feel like this made me appreciate how it feels to start from scratch. Reminded me when I first went plant-based! I had a little bit of the fear of the unknown taking on a totally new diet. As far as the workouts, I got to feel the progression of my strength! Slowly strengthening my body and gaining a more positive mindset about my health and goals. When we can feel more confident about ourselves, it affects our whole life positively!
Q. What tips could you give someone who may be new to working out to this style? & What advice would you give someone who is new to working out?
Start slow, don't feel guilty about taking breaks! You are starting something totally new and you can't expect to be 100% at it from day 1! I suggest trying to complete half the workout the first few workouts. If you feel it's too hard, work your way up to full workout after week 1!
Q. What are some daily tips you live by that could be beneficial to everyone?
Get consistent! Make it a priority to plan to have your workouts scheduled in your planner! Make an appointment with yourself! A daily consistent routine will help you stay on track!
Q. What inspired you to do what you do?
I got sober 15 years ago, it was a wake up call to start living my life to the fullest. With that new chapter I felt the need to share my story of how fitness helped and still helps me stay sober! I love to share how fitness can truly help you feel your best inside and out!
Q. If you were to describe yourself in one word, what would you use and why?
Motivational- I just love the feeling of helping others achieve the highest potential! I love being the one to help them smash their goals and feel amazing about themselves again!

I love that it’s made for anyone! It's filled with some of the most amazing positive communities of motivated people! Nothing keeps you more focused than having others cheer you on!

Any Mexican food!
All vegan of course!
I think it's important to understand it's ok to have these fun treats, just in moderation and small quantities!

I love Disneyland! I'm such a kid at heart!
I obviously have to mention the gym! Lol!
I love a good beach! Relax , sip and adventure!
Hiking is one of my favorite things to do as a family! It's a way to adventure together and get active!
I love trying out new vegan restaurants! I love finding my favorite foods in vegan versions and knowing I'm not missing out!
