<p>We are asking for your help as we encourage our daughter Mary (aka Little Mary) to make the trip from her home in Key West to our 10th Annual Heartland Triathlon in Sebring on June 21st. This 310 mile virtual run/walk can be done at your own pace. At approximately 2 miles per day, it will provide a great training goal as you prepare for the upcoming Heartland Triathlon. It will provide Mary with a tremendous amount of much-needed support. Upon completion of each workout, whether a 1 mile walk or a 10 mile run, we email you a street view of where you actually are on the route. Feel free to banter with other athletes as we make this virtual 310 mile journey with Mary at www.makeyeshappen.com! Upon completion, you will receive a Heartland Triathlon massage stick (retail value - $31.95) as well as entry into a drawing to receive a free Quintana Roo bicycle courtesy of Legacy Bicycles! Proceeds of this challenge benefit the YMCA of Highlands County. Finisher massage sticks will be distributed at the Heartland Triathlon packet pickup in June.
