This challenge brings weights into your fitness journey. Weights are an excellent tool to really focus on building lean muscle mass. This month we work on a total body weighted movements. Coach CC will take you through a month long journey to help you build muscle. This program is designed to train your inner beast! Coach CC will help you build the foundation of technique with light and medium sets of weights you'll watch your strength increase and improve your form.
